During pre-requisite courses students will gain basic information technology knowledge, an overview of what game development is and will select what field they wish to study: programming, graphics, production or design. All course studies will be available through the Moodle platform. Each student takes a total of 3 courses:
Basics of Information Technology is for all students. Students learn the fundamentals of computers and office tools. Once they successfully complete it, they join a introductory course on game development, to help them learn about the various elements and profession within the industry. At this point students choose their desired profession for the following courses.
Pre-requisite course 1 gives students a structured presentation of the profession of their choice. In the pre-requisite course 1 students will learn the theoretical basics of the profession and the tasks within the production team.
Pre-requisite course 2 expands on the theoretical knowledge and provides students with practical tasks which help them connect the theory and start performing simple tasks. After completion, students will have the knowledge to solve basic tasks independently.
